An unfixable (by us) power cut when you have 3 guests staying for a week is not great and our usual electrician was away so we looked these people up and Mark was able to juggle his staffs calendars and organise a next day inspection and day after, quite complex location of the issue and fix. I missed the persons name but he was very thorough, explained things well and job done. I’d use again no problem.
